I help you see, share, and solve the problem behind the problem.
I work with leaders, team leads, HR, PR, communication, and change managers when the stakes are high and the usual playbook isn't enough. We find the real problem, sharpen the message, and get everyone moving in the same direction.
The plan is usually fine. It's the clarity, communication, and direction that's missing.
You're facing change
Positive or negative — a restructuring, a launch, a pivot — and you need a communication strategy to support it. Not react to it.
You need someone to push back
You're about to launch something big. But no one around you is asking "are we sure?" — and you feel alone with the decision.
Your team is going in circles
Smart people, good intentions, but everyone keeps pulling in different directions. You need alignment — not another meeting.
In short: you call me when the stakes are high and the usual playbook isn't enough — and you want a sharper question, not a cheerleader.
Built in newsrooms. Sharpened in boardrooms.
I'm Gvantsa Kikalishvili.
Communication ecosystem builder.
15+ years across journalism, PR, internal communication, and corporate transformation. A certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator.
Life has been interesting — I've worked in 5 industries, and lived and worked in 4 countries.
I started as a journalist. In newsrooms, I had to pitch a story every day — fast, clear, with a reason it mattered. Later, in corporations as a communication manager, the job flipped: I had to listen, deeply, before any decision got made. Those two habits, pitching and listening, became the foundation of everything I do.
Asking questions is my superpower. I think in ecosystems — I never see a problem as a problem; it's always the result of a sequence. I stay open to the opportunity inside the situation, and because I genuinely enjoy change, I can help others through it.
That's where my edge comes from: an outside, open mind that sees what people inside one world tend to miss. Most of the time, that means spotting the problem behind the problem.
My approach uses the Red Team / Blue Team framework: First, we challenge assumptions. Then, we surface possibilities. Only then do we rebuild with focus.
Three ways I help leaders get clear and moving
For leaders, team leads, HR, PR, communication, and change managers — people tired of consultants who diagnose but never build.
Each service works on its own — or together.

First conversation
We talk about your challenge, context, and goals. Together we decide the right format — strategy, session, or workshop.
Tailored approach
I design a roadmap specifically for your situation — whether that's a 6-week strategy, a focused 90-minute session, or a hands-on team workshop.
Deep work together
We challenge assumptions, surface blind spots, and build clarity — through conversation, structured exercises, or LEGO bricks.
Actionable outcomes
You leave with a strategy document, written insights, or a shared team agreement — something concrete you can act on immediately.
What people say after we work together
I was 100% sure that we had a communication problem. Gvantsa helped us see the whole picture and the processes — so she designed a comms strategy doc and plan around that. This was a huge help.
We were two weeks from an announcement. Everything felt in place. A friend suggested we invite Gvantsa for her "second eye" and second opinion. She really asked the question no one inside the room would ask. It was a bit like seeing ourselves in the mirror. We delayed three weeks, redesigned the messaging and the comms plan, and the project was a success. We're grateful for her second eye.
Gvantsa facilitated a 1-day workshop for us. I never thought my team had all these ideas, opinions, and issues. I was surprised and happy at the same time. Finally, we as a team had a conversation and saw our work and our team challenges. LEGO is a powerful tool, and Gvantsa is a brilliant facilitator.
Don't navigate
it alone
Before you launch, decide, restructure, or align your team — let's find the problem behind the problem, and solve the real one.
